RETURN POLICY
Our goal is customer satisfaction. If you have any problems with your purchase, please contact us. We reserve the right to substitute any defective item with another similar item. Due to the one of a kind nature of our products, we will not guarantee an exact replacement. We will contact you with your available choices, and will ship the replacement item you choose. A refund will be given if you so choose.
We have a 10 day return policy on our totes. If within 10 days of receiving your order you are dissatisfied, contact us so we can start the return process.
A refund will be given after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.
Before returning any item, you MUST contact us first to discuss the reason for the return. Returned items must be in new condition.
Any item returned in any condition other than new, due to negligence will be refused and monies will not be refunded, and the item will be promptly shipped back to the purchaser.
