Shipping & ReturnsI will custom make a tote using fabric you supply, or if do not want to supply the fabric but you have a particular theme in mind, I will choose fabric accordingly. Due to individual tastes, once the fabric choice is made, and the fabric purchased, if you change your mind on the fabric choice, you will be billed for the cost of the fabric. Prior to ordering a custom made tote, you MUST contact me to finalize the details and to be sure you accept the fabric choices. Please allow 10 days after I receive or buy your special fabric to complete and ship your tote.
